Introduction to Fly Tying Class
Join us for a tying session at our shop! We would love to introduce you to the next step of your fly-fishing journey. Intro to Fly Tying focuses on the basic tools, materials, and techniques used to tie a variety of different flies.
Intermediate Fly Tying Class
Our Intermediate fly tying class will take your abilities to the next level. We will introduce you to more advanced techniques, such as using biots and tying in dry fly posts and hackle. By the end of the class you will be able to tie a number of your favorite dry fly and nymph patterns.
Soft Hackle Fly Tying Class
This tying class focuses on the fundamentals of tying traditional soft hackle wet flies with our guide and soft hackle addict, Joe McHugh. We will be tying three unique soft hackle patterns and discussing how to effectively fish such flies.
Euro Nymph Fly Tying Class
This 3 hour class focuses on Euro Nymph style bugs and patterns. Led by our very own specialist Euro Nympher, Connor Murphy, this class details the intricacies and minute details Euro Specific fisherman focus on.
Streamer Fly Tying Class
This class focuses on the fundamentals of tying some of our favorite streamer patterns; the Slumpbuster, Sparkle Minnow and Goldie. These large flies are not only fun to spin up, they are a blast to fish! We will be tying three different patterns and discuss how to effectively fish them.
Blue Wing Olive Fly Tying Class
Focusing on one of the most prolific and well-known hatches, this BWO tying class will dive into a few proven patterns to help increase your success on the water.
