Ultra Thread 210 Denier is the best all around thread for tying saltwater and warmwater flies. We use 210 on hook sizes #8 and larger. It’s multi-stranded and has great texture & strength for its given size. From feather Tarpon flies to locking down heavy lead eyes, this thread will work for you.
